"The awards night felt like a true celebration of the people who quietly (and not so quietly) shape our local community. Even if we had gone home empty-handed, it still would have been an all-round wonderful evening.

Being part of the awards as an entrant has been incredibly valuable in its own right. The questions asked as part of the submission process are good ones - that helped us examine things closely and articulate our vision clearer. The publicity leading up to the event and the support from the Chamber helped introduce our business to people across the region. As a new, small business, that kind of accountability, visibility and community connection is incredibly meaningful.
