“We first entered the Chamber of Commerce Business Awards in 2024. Initially, we thought the process and promotional video would simply be a good opportunity to showcase our clinic. Instead, it turned out to be a fantastic way to step back and reassess where our business was at. That first year we learnt a lot, received some valuable feedback, and had a great evening at the awards night. While we didn’t win anything, the experience created a real sense of engagement within our team and motivated us to enter again the following year.

When we entered again in 2025, we felt much more confident about where the clinic was at after having gone through the process once before. Regardless of the outcome, we already felt it had been worthwhile and had helped strengthen our team. As it turned out, winning both the Medium Business Award and the Supreme Award was a huge surprise and very much the icing on the cake.
